Kraków-Częstochowa Upland

The Kraków-Częstochowa Upland is a geographical macroregion in southern Poland and a part of the Jurassic System of south–central Poland. It stretches over an 80km area between Kraków and Częstochowa. Along the stretch there are hills reaching 400-515m above sea level.

Jura is mainly known from the majestic medieval castles, rising on the tops of the rocks, which create the famous Eagles' Nests Trail.
